By accessing or using Tyntz, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by store and paint formula. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Same-day delivery is available in select areas through our partner stores. Automotive paint is classified as hazardous material and is shipped via ground service only, in compliance with DOT regulations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Unopened stock products may be returned within 14 days. Custom-mixed paint cannot be returned once opened. Defective products will be replaced or refunded. See our Returns page for full details.
Tyntz provides color matching tools for reference purposes. Actual paint colors may vary due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and application methods. We are not liable for color discrepancies between digital previews and applied paint.
Automotive paint contains chemicals that may be hazardous. Always follow manufacturer safety guidelines, use in well-ventilated areas, and wear appropriate protective equipment. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all products.
